My improvement

I can push William Ng with the "single whip" push.

I feel better after 3 and 2/3 rounds of Tai Chi
last night, Saturday night.
Eyes felt more opened.
Manual says 3 times/ "rounds" is minimum.

Felt Friday night:
Energy tinkling, ants felt, at left hand fingers.
Index, then middle, then thumb, then pinky.
Don't have the feeling at ring finger.

But not as strong as in class back in September, when the
pulse is in the outside of the center of the palms.

Standing hugging tree experience

William Ng's structure is solid, and can "push" me backwards
just by being in hugging tree stance, and
taking a step forward.

I felt shoulder pain after 15 minutes, and it went
away after 25 or 30 minutes. Wanted to do more
after 45. Stopped at 50 minutes.
