Farting gas is sign of progress in tai chi

If I didn't drink milk or eat anything that contains milk,
and I farted after Tai Chi.
That is good progress.

And somehow my eyes seems better after 2 rounds of Honan Shaolin form.

Progress

Again, I cannot improve, if I have sex within the past 100 days.
and if my wife wants me to work on having a baby.

My pushes, while opening a door, felt more solid.
The entire body goes into the motion.

Stupid kung fu man

What good is it if you are good in kung fu but you are stupid ?
I have 2 senior brothers from Shaolin school in Brooklyn NY and
they are both in trouble.
One is in jail for selling drugs, and another one just loves to
sleep with women. The last woman stole all his money.
This latter one has at least 6 kids from at least 3 women.
I think it is okay to have a lot of kids, but if you are a poor judge
of character, you get killed.

And a sifu I met is just too easily angered. And his senior brothers
easily changes his opinion. Who needs a sifu/teacher who cannot control
his anger, or emotions ? If a licensed nyc teacher cannot control ones emotion, anger while working, teaching, no student would respect him.

Making a baby

I could not progress much these past months
because my wife wanted to have a baby.
That means I need to give up some energy and sperm.
Making a baby requires a lot of energy from me.
And I need to do this twice in the same week.
Note: This only happens in one month.
That means those 2 times required in the same week,
happens in only one month at a time.
I am over 40, and I cannot give up energy like I were in my 20s.
Back then I can give up energy 3 times a weekend every weekend for 6 months.

Concentration, intention: Naruto has the idea right, but not the right practice

I will translate the important message from "virgin kung fu" in the future.
The important lesson is:
While doing San Ti standing,
Stand on top of something at least 3 inches away from ground.
e.g. brick, chair.
Focus on a point in front of you.
Breathe in and out of feet. Focus breathing from the ground
that is separated by the object you are standing on.
Same time: breathing in and out of fingers, palm that is
pointing at the "point in front of you"

Imagine heavy air particles between my hand and the point.
The push and pulling motions should affect, compress those
air particles, molecules, creating pressure
