Knee Pain

Knee pain is almost gone , but returned doing Wing Chun cat stance, punch.
Knee pain is reduced by the Tai Chi 4 corners exercise.

Manual says have to to 3 rounds Tai Chi without rest to get benefit.
That takes 45 minutes.

I can now stand 2.5 minutes on 1 leg.
10 minutes walking cat stance.
