My exercise experiences March 18, 2008

It was either March 13, or March 14, 2008.
I was repeating the first 3 movements of tai chi separately about 160 times each. And cloud hands separately about 160 times. (suppose to be 100's. Like 100, 200. and then 3 sets.)
Shoulders area, tendon sore. Not the shoulder.
Arms were slightly shaking from tireness.

My knees were in pain before I finished. The pain lasted 24 hours - it only returned when I bend my knees..
I didn't practice the knee bending action the following session, to avoid the pain.

Had Leaked on Saturday Morning March 15, 2008.
Didn't perform running/jogging until Sunday. The rule, which I broke, is not to exercise for
60 hours or 2 nights. If leaked on Monday morning, then cannot exercise until Wednesday night.

March 17, 2008 Monday (Bear Stearns bought by JPM Chase Bank at $2 a share)
As I practiced the same movements above, the pain was not there.

March 18, 2008 Tuesday
As I practiced the 1st movement, felt, but didn't see sweat move down my arms.
Strange tingling. In the left arm, the feeling stopped at the elbow, the right arm felt at the elbow, plus wrist area. But only 1 point on the wrist, not the entire wrist, and the forearm didn't have the feeling.

Headache returned in the afternoon, possibly from leaking on Saturday morning, and exercising before Monday night. Took pain medicine, after 2 hours still in pain.

Headache gone after
1. Orange - one cold orange
2. Cooked spinage (baby spinage from Trader Joes)
3. massage from wife, with medicated oil from Singapore.
