Intention in Tai Chi
Started to think
After 200 reps, or 160 reps, and rest a minute.
Do more of the same exercise and put in intention,
which is tense up the muscle and tendons.
Add breathing on the "hitting"

About Me
YOUNG
Learn Tai Chi before 18, or 1985. Didn't practice diligently. Took up Shaolin KungFu for 6 years, ended June 30, 1996. Took six months of kickboxing.
